ONION FREE.
RISOTTO ONION FREE.
Si es que suena hasta más bonito.

I hate everything about it: the texture, the flavour, the smell… and besides all, I hate cutting it. But in every recipe I look, there it is. And this makes me blame myself over and over again, and makes me make frustrated attempt to get use to onions. You may be wondering why I’m attacking onions. Well, the reason is risotto. I’ve been trying to make one since I know how to cook, but every single time I look for a recipe, I find them there, in the first step, waiting for me… My greatest friends ever, the onion! So I finish giving up again.
Anyway, yesterday I was determined to make the best risotto in the world and ONION FREE.
